turbo tax glitch.. saying EIN for university not entered but it is so not qualified for American opportunity act

how do i get it to recognize it.. It was auto generated by turbo tax from last year and its for second year of college and i reentered just in case but still saying its not there

Delete the 1098-T and re-enter it manually. You may have to answer NO, when asked if he's still going to xxx school.
