It really doesn't matter what line you enter it on. Only the total medical goes to Schedule A. Enter it under doctors.
At the end of the medical expenses screens, you'll get one called "any other medical expenses". You can type a description (e.g. Chemo therapy treatment) and amount (e.g. $6550).
