The software is using the wrong name of the student - how do I change it to my dependants name?

How do I change the name of the student when entering 1098-T

When you enter info from Form 1098-T, you should come to a screen asking you to add a student. Select your dependent's name on the next screen.

If you enter the wrong student, you'll have to delete all the info and start over. Go through the entire education interview until you reach a screen titled "Your Education Expenses Summary".  Click delete next to the student's name.  You'll then get the "Your Education Expenses Summary" screen again.  Click the "Add a student" button.

Your student must have been previously entered as your dependent, in the personal info section.
