Your State website is a good place to check for the school district code listing.

Find the name and public school district code in the county where you were a resident on December 31 of the tax year you are filing for. Contact your nearest public school if you do not know the name of your school district.

I got paid by a third-party as I was an independent contractor with a school district. There was no EIN or Federal No., just a voucher number.
