they have different amounts listed in box 2 but some scholarship amount listed, do I add both and how?

I recommend that you contact your school to see what the correct amounts should be. Schools don't generally send out more than one 1098-T per student. Is one of them a corrected form? See if CORRECTED is checked at the top of the form, and if so, use that one. If not, see what your school says.
