You should still receive a stimulus check.  The checks so far are being based on income, not all the information is out yet about who gets what.  Tomorrow they are suppose to being voting on the final steps for the stimulus checks.   It would not be based on the fact that your refund was taken, you are still considered as receiving a refund even though it was taken for your student loans.
