If I won 2500. from a scratch off ticket, but I lost my form for reporting it. How can I report it without the form?

You will enter your gambling winnings here:

1. Open your return (or continue if open).

2. Click on “Take me to my return” button.

3. Click on Federal tab (left-hand side of screen).

4. Click in Wages and Income.

5. Scroll down to Less Common Income.

6. Click on Miscellaneous Income.

7. Click on Other income not already reported on a Form 1099.

8. Follow the prompts.

Ask the Lottery for a duplicate of the form to get the exact number.
