Paying previous tuition fees

I'm not attending school, but i'm paying the University for previous years so that I can enroll this coming year. Is this tax deductible?

Paying previous tuition fees

You must be enrolled in school in the year you pay the expenses in order to get a deduction or credit for them on your tax return.
