My spouse is a F1 student and I'm on H1b. We're filing returns jointly as Resident Aliens for 2016. Are we eligible for Lifetime Learning Credit ? I paid for her fees.
Spouse pursuing her Master's in US and was a full-time student during 2016. I've paid fees towards her masters. We qualified to be Resident Aliens during 2015, so we're filing as Resident Aliens for 2016 as well jointly. Are we eligible for the Lifetime Learning Credit ?

Yes, since you are considered US resident aliens for US income tax purposes, then you will be allowed to take this Lifetime Learning Credit if you meet the eligibility requirements for being able to claim this credit.
