Unfortunately, you cannot deduct your tuition if you did not attend an eligible academic institution.

An eligible educational institution is generally any college, university, vocational school, or other postsecondary educational institution eligible to participate in a student aid program administered by the U.S. Department of Education.

See Eligible Academic Institution

and IRS Eligible Educational Institution Directory

However, if your educational expenses is work related, and maintains or improves your job skills, or is required by your employer or by law to keep your salary, status or job, you can deduct it.

Expenses to learn a new trade or job or to qualify for a new career aren't deductible.
