My parents put money in my bank account (AS A FAMILY LOAN) so I could then pay for some tuition, the rest I paid with student loans. Do I need to differentiate that?

I inserted info from my 1098-T form but there is no way to indicate that a portion of the tuition I paid was from my parents' loan, not my own W-2 income.

No, you don't differentiate between loans and cash (including cash loans from your parents).

The only thing that must be spelled out in the education section is when you are paying for school with tax-free money such as a scholarship, employer assistance, Pell grant, etc.

If your parents are lending you money, that has nothing to do with your tax return.
