I didn't get a 1098-T from Vincennes University. I paid for one class, t navy tuition assistance paid for the other. Not sure if I should list it as employer provided assistance, veterans education benefits or other...

Military tuition assistance
As Vincennes University is a qualified educational institution, you are entitled to the educational benefit for any tuition paid out of pocket. I would suggest you to list under the Employer Provided Assistance category.
