Tuition reimbursement

The company I work for does tuition reimbursement, so should I still claim school tuition on my 10-98T even though I got tuition back?  And for one semester, I paid, but then work had the school reimburse me my tuition, and they paid the tuition for me.

Tuition reimbursement

If you are being reimbursed for the tuition then I would skip the education section entirely (unless you had other qualifying expenses that are not reimbursed such as books).  If the tuition on the 1098-T is fully reimbursed by your employer you cannot claim the education credit or deduction based on that amount since you technically did not incur any expenses.
