If you are being claimed as a dependent you do not enter the Form 1098-T on your tax return. Your parent's would enter the 1098-T on their tax return.
Q. Do I have to file my 1098-T when doing my taxes, if my parents are filing it on theirs?
A. Usually not. If box 5 of your 1098-T is more than box 1, then probably yes. If box 1 is less than $4000 more than box 5, then there may be a reason for you to file. If so, reply back for details.
