I received T4A with amount in box 105. I also have tuition receipt. This was a full time program paid by government. Can I claim tuition tax credit?

I entered my T4A box 105 and I entered my tuition fees receipt T2202A. The turbo tax removed the amount from T4A from my income. Can i claim the tuition fees tax credit? This was a 4 month full time program that was paid by BC Works a government agency. So is this right? - the scholarship amount is not included in income and I can claim the tuition tax credit?
