Yes, you will enter the 1098T with your return.  You enter the 1098T exactly as it was received.

When you enter this section in TurboTax, you will have a question that will ask if you had any reimbursements. 

You will answer YES, for the Employer provided assistance.  

Then TurboTax will compute the correct Education credit or deduction on your return.
