I have confirmed with loan service provider that I do not have a 1098-E form. How do I answer the questions regarding this form?

If you do not have a 1098E and did not pay any student loan interest in 2022 then you skip the questions about it.

Lenders are not required to send forms when less than $600 interest is paid. You don't need the form. You have/ had a loan, so you can enter the provider name and interest paid based on the statements you received. Tuck the last copy showing the full interest paid into your tax file.
