I am on Chapter 13 bankruptcy and I am not required to pay anything. But I pay $25.00 a month. Do I put this down for student loans even though I will not get 1098E?

You only report the student loan interest you paid for the year. Paying $25 a month would be paying on the principal for the loan, not the interest. Leave it blank.
