I am a college student and I turned 21 in August 2020 and did not get the first or second stimulus checks. My parents did not get any for me. Am I eligible?

If you can be claimed as a dependent— even if you were not actually claimed—you are not eligible for the stimulus.

Turning 21 is not relevant.  A  full time student can be a dependent thru age 23.

Dependents over age 16 were not eligible for the first two  (2020) stimulus payments, but are eligible for the third stimulus
