The difference between my Wages,Tips and other compensation and my Social Security Wages, is the same amount on Line 12E. Or maybe this is my pension. But this is not the amount that was shown on my paystub listed as non-taxable tuition reimbursement. I need to know if I show the amount my employer paid me and where do I enter it. What do enter In the question for amount of employer-assisted payment?

You may have to check with your employer to confirm whether the tuition assistance you received is included on your W-2.
If the Employer Tuition Assistance was not included in your taxable income (W-2 Box 1), then there is nothing additional to report on your tax return. If your paystub listed the funds as non-taxable tuition, then it sounds like you were not taxed on the benefit. And if you did not pay, or were not taxed on your education benefit, then you do not have any education expenses to claim. Unless you have additional expenses that were not reimbursed by your employer.
Box 12E is your retirement plan contribution.
