When you enter the 1098-T into the program, there is a link under box 2 "What if this is not what we paid to the school?".

If you click the link, you can enter what was paid.

Please use the student's school account records and keep a copy with your tax file.

Phase out for the 2 credits are:

American opportunity Tax Credit - MFJ 160,000-180,000

Lifetime Learning- MFJ  111,000-131,000
