Solved: Hope scholarship credit

Is there a way to claim both the American Opportunity Credit and the Hope Scholarship credit? If so how is it done? I don't even see the Hope Scholarship Credit on turbotax anywhere as an option.

No - the American Opportunity Tax Credit replaced the Hope Credit.

can I get my refund from the IRS if it is being withheld due to two un-filed tax returns? Is there relief if the missing tax return balance is due to ongoing hardship?
