You do not have to file the student loan interest you paid. It is a deduction that reduces your adjusted gross income, but it is not required to be included in order for you to file your tax return.

Is there a limitation on expense deduction for conservation expenses related to the Eqip program? Pub 225 on page 30 says yes there is limitation of 25%? It is unclear?
