Do I count as a full time student if I've been going to a military school for the past year?
I've been going through the nuclear pipeline in the navy for the past year and have been going to a school house with staff and a student body but I'm not sure if it qualifies as a school.

No. Military training does not count as being a student for tax purposes. Even Annapolis Midshipmen are not students.
