Can the scholarship income be removed? my forms are already filed and accepted.The total on my tuition form was later removed for tuition less than $4000 on line 34.

I made a mistake on entering info about box 7 on tuition statement. the x is slightly outside of the box so I erroneously stated that it was not checked. this is for part of the money being used for the current semester. the other half was used in the fall semester. since it was later subtracted I am wondering why it is still listed as income and then noted the mistake above.

You will need to amend.  But I am not sure I understand your question.  Are you saying the scholarship was  for Jan, Feb, March 2018 Tuition?
