Can i include a 1098-T that has my daughter as the named student? She is my dependent and does not file a return.

You enter the Form 1098-T on your tax return since are claiming your daughter as a dependent.

You claim the tuition credit on your tax return since are claiming your daughter as a dependent.  To do so, you need to enter her 1098-T.

If her scholarship (box 5 of the 1098-T) prevents you from getting the full credit, reply back for a workaround.
