Beauty School Clothes
I am required to buy specific clothes for the school where I am receiving training. They are all black and I do not wear them outside of work. Are they deductible?
Unfortunately, it is not deductible because they "could" be worn outside of work. The IRS only allows deductions for actual "uniforms" or clothing that has a business logo on them.
