I attended Flight School and got all of my ratings and certificates, but it is not accredited and affiliated with college courses. I paid a large down-payment for school out of pocket and the rest was a loan through a third party bank. How do I file this?

If this education isn't through an accredited institution, there's nothing for you to report, and you wouldn't be eligible for any federal tax benefits.

Please see the TurboTax FAQ "What is an eligible school?" below for more information.  Also, you might look at FAFSA's Federal School Code Search so that you can look up the flight school, just in case there might actually be an accreditation. .
