I received a 1099-nec form for a non employee compensation I received from my child’s school district. Her school does not offer a bus so they give us $ to pay for the transportation. When filing, the options for the type of work don’t apply because this want a job. How do I file this?

Here is how to report the 1099-MISC to not create a business:
After entering your 1099-NEC, you will encounter a screen titled "Does one of these uncommon situations apply". Check the box "This is not money earned as an employee or self employed individual; it is from sporadic activity or hobby".
Checking that box will put the income on line 8 of Schedule 1 as "other income".
When I enter the info for the 1099-misc, it only offers the screen to input the payers name, ein number and so on. And box 1. Is for rent, box 2 royalties, box 3 other income. Am I missing something?
I finally got to the correction page. Thank you!
