I want to add my 1098e info, it says click on the jump to link - only the link never shows up, what to do?

In order for the Jump to link to pop up you need to be in your return:

Log into TurboTax.com
Click on MyTurboTax, select My TurboTax Timeline
Click on Take me to my return
In the search bar, search "1098e"
Click Jump to 1098e

You should then be prompted with the question Did [Name] pay any student loans in 2016?

You can also locate the 1098-E by:

Click on Federal tab
Click on Deductions & Credits
Scroll all the way down to See more Tax Breaks
Click Show More next to Education
Click Start next to Student Loan interest Paid (Form 1098-E)
