Alternatively, you can Try deleting the 1098-T and starting over on the education section.

This is clearly a bug, but here's a workaround without deleting the 1098-T. From the books and supplies screen, continue through the subsequent screens until you get to "Your Education Expenses Summary." On that screen, click the Edit button for the student in question. On the next screen, click the Edit button for the college that the 1098-T is from. Two screens after that you get to the 1098-T entry screen and can edit the information. After you make the changes, be sure to continue through the rest of the interview to the screen to maximize your education credit.
Oh my, thank you SO MUCH for this answer rjs! I scoured the internet trying to figure out the problem - even the "search" button wasn't working (perhaps because I was using the "really free" Turbotax.
