My daughter is in college and received a 1098-T
I do not claim her as a dependent this year because I am divorced.And my husband will claimed her this year and I will claim her next year.I Since I do not claim her.Do I Report anything from the 1098-T

Q. Since I do not claim her, Do I Report anything from the 1098-T?
A. No. But, your husband does. He can claim the tuition credit, since she is his dependent, this year, even if he was not the one that paid the tuition. Next year, you claim it.
