1098 address different than school

Minnesota State colleges and universities
address

then it lists my schools name. DO i use the address listed?

Yes, please enter all information from your Form 1098-T exactly as it appears on your form. If you need to make corrections to the amounts listed, you will have an opportunity for that after entering the form data. But names and addresses should always be entered the way the issuer filed them.
