Somehow a personal business was created while I was entering expenses. I do not have a personal business. How do I remove that from federal and state returns?

You would need to delete Schedule C. To do so:

1. While in your tax return, Select My Account
2. Select Tools
3. From the Other Helpful Links list, select Delete a Form
4. Scroll through the forms in your tax return.  Select Delete next to Schedule C
