Why am I getting a missing entry error in TurboTax for form 8941-T, when I have not entered any information related to this form? I am not a small business owner.

I have never filled out form 8941-T in the past, and it should not be filled out this year.

Sounds like you should go in and delete the form. It is best to delete the 8941-T from that forms Summary screen. Here is how: Simply search for the form number (8941-T) in the search box and then click the "Jump-to" link in the search results to get to the Summary screen.

Or you can:

1. Select My Account
2. Select Tools
3. Select Delete a form
4. Find 8941-T and select delete
