I already paid all of my taxes up front this year with QuickBooks (sending them online), but I am using TurboTax business for the first time and so far it has not asked me to enter my quarterly payments. Where should I put that number so that TurboTax doesn't ask me to pay those taxes again?
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
What are these payments (payroll, estimated, etc) and which type of return are you preparing?
If they were quarterly estimates for 1040ES they probably go on your personal tax return. What kind of Business return are you filling out?
They are estimated payments, and I'm filing a business return for my partnership.
It's a partnership return. So you are saying I should not worry about them until I get to the personal return?
Yes, because partnerships are generally pass-through entities, they typically do not make federal estimated income tax payments.
