What should my business name be if I am a real estate agent

I just started entering business expenses in turbotax.  In nov 2015 I started as a real estate agent with Edina Realty.  I didn't have any income in 2015 but I do have expenses for starting up like membership fees and license fees.  I'm just not sure what my business name and address should be.  My own name and home address?  Or the company I am working for and my office address?
