What does NY State return Sch B Part 2 Code must be entered mean? Where do I get the information to enter the code?

Please review this link  for further information on Schedule B part 2 of your NY return.First check to see if the NY additions and subtractions entries in your return are blank. Make sure you did not put zeros in any of these spaces in your NY Sate return.   

Then go through the Turbo Final Check routine again and make sure those boxes are all blank and the program should clear out the errors. if necessary, delete form IT-225 from your list of forms and start over.
