Turbo Tax did not include my Medicare Part D premiums on Idaho form 39R. Also no place to enter Supplemental Premiums. How can I fix the form?

Idaho form 39R, line 18 says:  "Deduct premiums you paid for health insurance for yourself, your
spouse, and your dependents if those premiums haven't already
been deducted or excluded from your income."  It also says "If you voluntarily enroll in Medicare B or Medicare D, or aren't
covered under Social Security and voluntarily enroll in Medicare
A, the premiums you paid may be deducted".  But TurboTax only included my Medicare Part B, not my Part D (although I entered Part D from the SSA-1099).  Since I also paid for premiums for Medicare Supplemental, I need to include that as well, but there wasn't even a question for it.

Your health insurance deduction may be limited, which could be why you may not be seeing the full amount.

The Idaho health insurance deduction is the total amount paid for health insurance less the health insurance deduction allowed on federal Form 1040, Schedule A.

Enter your Medicare Supplement in Medical.

• Type medical expenses in Search in the upper right
• Click Jump to medical expenses
• Continue to the screen How much did you spend on insurance premiums?
• Enter your Medicare supplement in Additional medical insurance premiums
