signed attachment not visible

I do not see my uploaded 8453-FE attachment. There is no "Attachment" option in the interface, although the step-by-step says it's attached. 
 
In previous years, I have always been able to view the signed attachment before filing.

    Go to Tools on the menu bar, then select Attachments.

    Go to Tools on the menu bar, then select Attachments.

    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post. **Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

      Wow thanks to the OP for posting this question, and thanks to PaulaM, your reply saved me from wondering what's up when I don't see what the message says. This forum is a life saver for the ambiguous or slop in TT.
