Should I includey minor dtrs ssa with mine?

I get SSA and my minor dtr gets ssa also (half the amount that I get). Do I /how to put on tax form.

NO. You do not put your child's SSA1099 on your own tax return. If she did not have any other income then you do nothing with her SSA1099 except save it for your records. Someday if she has a job or receives other income along with the SS, she will include her SSA1099 on her own tax return.
