Not necessarily. If every quarter has the same information, you are not taking advantage of the purpose of the form. You may have paid more for something in one quarter than the others. You would want to indicate that.

The instructions say this, "If you itemize, enter itemized deductions for the period shown in each column. All others enter -0-, and skip to line 7.
