Sched A not generated?

Sched A is missing from printed return although 1040 shows $26,600  from sched A.

The $26,600 comes from extra standard deduction amounts for being blind or over 65, $1300 for anyone over 65, plus basic $24,000 for married joint. (corrected 11:50 am 3/4)
