Soo annoyed! What doesn't make sense is how some other software is able to work. Our business partner submitted his already with no errors using a different software. I called TT asking for a refund and was told no. They don't have a current date for the update any longer but would fix as soon as the IRS released. It won't even let me mail the return. It keeps clicking back to e-file with the error. Ugh.

Has anyone tried deleting the K-1 and then re-inputting it?  Wondering if that might work...

For the purposes of the qualified business deduction, these need to be reported on a 8995A.  This form has not been released by the IRS.

Here is the latest updates on when the forms will be released by the IRS. Please review this IRS link. for information on the latest updates. Looks like 2/28/2020 for the 8995A form.

The forms are available as I have them from my cpa and they say we can mail them in TurboTax is slacking not able file electronically

For those of you who submitted it , did it actually calculate and give you the deduction? Mine always gave me the ability to submit but I noticed the deduction was not calculated.  I"m also following this link in the community closely.
