Removing second line 7 code

I have 2 1099-R forms. I accidently filled in the codes on line 7 for both forms at the same time. How can I delete the second entry?

Return to the 1099-R section, edit the 1099-R and change the second entry back to "(No entry)" at the top of the list, then proceed through the follow-up questions again.  Otherwise, delete and reenter the 1099-R correctly.
