What do I do to register for my stimulus check if I filed a tax return and didn't need to?

It didn't. It said my federal couldn't be submitted online for some reason and so when I went back to just use the register for the stimulus check at the end it said it couldn't be accepted because of that problem with my return that I shouldn't have tried to file because I only did odd jobs
