NOL carryforward disallowed by Louisiana

When preparing using Turbotax for Corporations, it seems that my NOL carryfoward is not being allowed by Louisiana. I cannot figure out if this is correct or if Turbotax is applying it incorrectly.

It may very well be the result of a software issue that will require the use of Forms Mode.
