Yes, If you are self-employed and your office is located in your residence, you can deduct miles you travel from your home to family locations where you perform your services.

Mileage deduction

If you are claiming a home office in your primary residence, and that home office is your primary place of business, then it's no problem and you can claim all business miles driven between that home office and your clients.
