Installment Sales of Real Estate

Hello,

I am filing a 1120S for a partnership. I sold real property on an installment sale, carrying the mortgage for seven years. I have been unable to get to form 6252. I could not find a "jump to" after searching for investment sales.

I would appreciate direction to get to the proper form.

You can get directly to the form in Forms Mode (click the Forms icon in the upper right side of the screen).

In Forms Mode, click the Open Form icon, expand "2018 U.S. Form 1120S", scroll down to Form 6252 and open the form.
