In Texas, filling out my K1 portion of taxes. when it comes to the state depreciation Texas is Not listed. do i use the "XX-tcja misc 2% non conforming state"

or do i use "no entry"

Use No Entry.  

 

Conforming generally means that the State does not conform to Federal Depreciation guidelines.
